Victoria Beckham reportedly wants to arrange play-dates with Adele’s son.
The fashion designer, her husband David and their four kids are moving into a new mansion in London.
Their new address means the clan will be sharing the same postcode as British singer Adele, who lives nearby with her boyfriend Simon Konecki and son Angelo. Victoria reportedly thinks this is the perfect opportunity for them to arrange a get together and for her young daughter to make a new friend.
“Victoria would love to become friends with Adele because she really admires her,” a source told British magazine Closer. “She joked it would be great to arrange a play-date between Adele’s one-year-old son, Angelo, and Harper. She’s a massive fan... They’ll be living near [American businessman] Bill Gates and the king of Saudi Arabia – there are so many wealthy people, the Beckhams will be right at home!”
The celebrity couple are said to be spending a massive $71.7 million on renovating the home. As a way of celebrating all the hard work put into this Victoria is said to be planning a big party for their friends.
“Victoria wants her 40th birthday in April to mark their moving in, which she’ll combine with a housewarming. She’s so excited to have her dream house,” a pal added.
This move is also hoped to boost the brunette beauty’s reputation.
“Victoria feels she’s finally got rid of the Spice Girl tag,” a source explained. “She’s been focusing on work this year, but the house has kick-started her 2014 goal of making her and David part of London’s social royalty.”
