The Vamps are without a doubt the new band on everyone's lips. Their first single Can We Dance stormed the charts on release and debuted on the UK Official Singles Chart at #2.
They have been causing a stir everywhere they go, with legions of fans following their every move and causing pandemonium at every turn. Today, they announce that their next single will be the fan's favourite and self-penned Wild Heart, to be released on the 20th January, through Virgin EMI.
The new video for Wild Heart was filmed in the desert just outside of Los Angeles, and premieres on YouTube/Vevo on December 4th. Wild Heart, written by the band with Espionage and Jamie Scott in NYC, is a surefire smash, and will no doubt see The Vamps heading back to the top of the chart and the airwaves! Wild Heart premieres at UK Radio on Capital FM's Breakfast show on Monday so be sure to tune in from 8am.
As well as the single release, The Vamps have an exciting live plot in place. In February, they tour with worldwide superstar Taylor Swift and the following month they head out on the road with The Wanted. Earlier this month, they were announced that they are performing at Capital FM's Jingle Bell Ball in December. In 2013, they supported both McFly and Selena Gomez, an on the road diary can be watched HERE, as well as various arena shows for Bauer Radio and Free FM. Earlier this month, they were invited to present an award at Radio 1's Teen Awards at Wembley Arena.
The Vamps have picked up quite a phenomenal following online. Can We Dance has clocked up over 5.5 million youtube views and their channel has already tipped 25.5million total views and signed up almost 400,000 subscribers, quite an achievement for a band who has only released one single to date.
The Vamps are singer Bradley Will Simpson, guitarist James McVey, drummer Tristan Evans and bassist Connor Ball.
