'Yo Yo' is the hypnotic new single from West London's rapidly rising star, Little Nikki.
Effortlessly fusing dancehall, drum & bass and pop musical stylings to spectacular effect, the track serves as a sultry follow-up to the energetic, dance floor and radio favourite 'Little Nikki Says'.
With Nikki singing about having a love interest wrapped around her finger like a yo yo, the single - which is released on January 27th through Deconstruction/Columbia - is set to become an instant pop anthem, whilst letting the world know this is an artist that is here to make some serious noise!
Since releasing her stunning debut track 'Intro Intro' last year, Nikki has been hotly tipped across the board as the One to Watch for 2013 (The Independent, MTV's Brand New for 2013, Line of Best Fit, Grazia, Pride, Sunday Mirror, Daily Star and We Love Pop to name a few …) and has toured with Rita Ora and Rizzle Kicks. The 17 year old singer-songwriter has also written songs for a number of other music artists, including the stunning ballad 'Towers' which she co-wrote for Little Mix's new album 'Salute'.
As the face of Boohoo.com's national TV campaign with the single appearing in the TV ad, performing on the pan-European marketing campaign for Sony Headphones and being announced as a part of the stellar line-up for this month's Capital FM Jingle Bell Ball at The O2 in London, Nikki is set to start off 2014 with a bang.
