Frank Ocean's cousin is reportedly seeking a $3 million payout from Chris Brown.

The singers and their entourages got into a fight in the parking lot of a Los Angeles recording studio in late January, during which Frank allegedly injured his finger.

The Sweet Life hitmaker's cousin, Sha'Keir Duarte, subsequently filed suit against Chris in August, according to various media reports.

Now TMZ claims the man is seeking more than $3 million in damages.

"Duarte claims Brown's bodyguard brutalised him... and in his court docs he itemises his list of damages complete with price tags," the outlet reports.

Duarte is reportedly seeking $1 million for "pain suffering and inconvenience", $1 million for "emotional distress", $1 million in punitive damages and $60,000 for medical expenses.

Chris earlier this year filed a countersuit against Duarte, in which he's accused of kicking and punching the star and provoking the fight.

While Frank was initially eager to see Chris prosecuted following the altercation, he later called for "peace" with the hip-hop star and declined to press charges.

News of the damages allegedly being sought are the most recent in a string of legal woes for the Don't Wake Me Up singer.

Last month Chris was ordered to spend 90 days in a live-in anger management facility after he reportedly threw a rock through his mother's car window while in rehab for rage issues. This act allegedly violated the terms of his probation from his 2009 attack on then-girlfriend Rihanna.

The judge on his probation case will reportedly allow Chris to fly to Washington D.C. for legal matters relating to another pending criminal assault on alleged victim Isaac Parker. The man accused Chris of punching him in the nose when he tried to photobomb a picture the star was taking with a female fan.

Chris could reportedly face up to 180 days in jail and an additional four years in prison if it's determined he violated his probation by punching the man.
