Britney Spears' Las Vegas residency contains the most dancing of any of her shows.

The 32-year-old star's two-year residency at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Sin City kicks off on December 27. She has been practicing hard to ensure she is in tip-top form when she steps on stage and has promised fans she will impress them.

"There's a lot of different, interesting aspects to the show and a lot of moments where the audience feels like they're in the show with us. A lot of special effects like that and it's the most dancing I've ever done," she told Ryan Seacrest during an iHeart radio album preview for her record Britney Jean.

The star also opened up about her new album, some of which was penned during her split from her ex-fiancé Jason Trawick. That time was hard and several of the tracks are about heartbreak.

"There's a certain moment in all of our lives where you feel alone...And that's what that song [Alien] is about," she explained. "[Don't Cry is] pretty personal. It's about a relationship and what you go through and trying to hold it together."

Black Eyed Peas star will.i.am worked with Britney on the record. The pair would sit and chat for hours before laying down any tracks, with much of what was said eventually becoming the lyrics.

"We had lunch and we just had - I was on a cleanse that day, so I had tea and soup - and we just talked. We had like six talking sessions before we even recorded," will explained.

"I've been a fan of Britney since the beginning, but the thing that made me a fan, fan was Toxic. I was jealous when I heard that song Toxic!"
