John Mayer and Katy Perry have released the artwork for their duet Who You Love.

The couple co-wrote the song for his new album Paradise Valley, and posed for professional photographs shot by Mario Sorrenti for Vanity Fair.

John is clearly very proud of both the music and the photography, posting the picture on both Instagram and his Tumblr blog.

“I’m excited to give you the first look at the single artwork for Who You Love, shot by the great Mario Sorrenti,” John wrote on his blog. “Get it at the iTunes Store, and then head over to Vanity Fair to see exclusive photos from the shoot. And yes, we look like this at home pretty much all the time.”

On Instagram, the musician took the opportunity to rate his girlfriend and gush over what she means to him. John captioned the image "Proud of this song, proud of this artwork, proud of this girl."

John and Katy have been dating on and off since the summer of 2012. According to Katy, her boyfriend is extremely talented.

"He literally is a genius, as is evident from his songwriting. I always tell him, 'Darling, you know I'm going to have to give your mind to science after you've passed, because we're going to have to understand how all these sparks work,'" she told Billboard.

"We'll be in bed and he'll be doing the crossword puzzle. Every night, he tries to finish it in under 10 minutes. When he puts his mind to something, he really gets it done very well. I always ask for his help,” she added.
