Justin Bieber says his new song Change Me is “very personal”.

The singer is unveiling a new song every week as part of his Music Mondays series.

Change Me is the ninth single to come out and will be released at midnight on Monday December 2.

"Tonight's song is very personal," Justin tweeted.

He also posted a picture of the single’s artwork on his Instagram account, showing a white background with his name and the song title, with a mirror outlined in purple.

While full lyrics for the song have not yet been released, Justin has been posting sneak peeks on his Twitter.

"Maybe you could be the light, that opens up my eyes #ChangeMe,” he posted on Saturday.

Aside from touring and releasing new music, the singer has been busy getting a new tattoo in Sydney.

The pop star posted a picture of himself shirtless on Saturday, having an eagle added to the tattoo sleeve on his left arm.

"Fresh new tat,” he wrote as the caption to the Instagram picture.

Justin has been causing controversy during the Australian leg of his tour. Last week he spray painted the outside wall of a hotel in Brisbane, much to the annoyance of the Mayor who suggested the 19-year-old stage a free Christmas concert to make up for the incident.

One of his bodyguards also allegedly tried to attack a photographer who was following the singer by car, according to TMZ.
