Marvin Gaye III has upped the lawsuit anti against Robin Thicke and Pharrell Williams in a new filing that claims they stole elements of four Marvin Gaye recordings.

The Gaye estate had previously filed a suit against Thicke over the song Got to Give It Up and Thicke's Blurred Lines. The new lawsuit includes that recording along with three more, alleging that parts of After the Dance were used in Live After War, I Want You in Made U Love Me and Trouble Man for Million Dolla Baby.

Gaye III's lawyer said there is "no doubt but that they were each wholly dependent for their very creations upon Thicke's brazen copying."

Unlike the previous suit brought by Frankie Christian Gaye and Nona Gaye in October, Marvin has chosen not to name EMI April in the proceeding. Frankie and Nona alleged that the publishing company failed to protect Gaye's songs.
