U2 is under new management according to Billboard.
The U2 management is now being handled by Guy Oseary, who is best known for his long association with Madonna, and not long-time manager Paul McGuinness. Oseary is reportedly looking for brand partners that will announce the U2 release during the Super Bowl.
A new U2 album may make its way to the market in April according to the Billboard report.
The Danger Mouse produced set has been in the making since 2010 and band member Adam Clayton has previously said that they are trying to complete the set by the end of this month. Talking with Irish radio station 98FM, the bassist said gWefre in the studio. Wefre trying to get these 12 songs absolutely right and get them finished by the end of November, and then we can kind of enjoy Christmas.h
Of the new albums sound, he said gI think itfs a bit of a return to U2 of old, but with the maturity, if you like, of the U2 of the last 10 years. Itfs a combination of those two things and itfs a really interesting hybrid.h
U2Œs last album was 2009Œs No Line on the Horizon.
