Kelly Osbourne is reportedly suing her former landlord.
The 28-year-old allegedly wants to get her deposit refunded from the owner of her old apartment in West Hollywood, California, after she was told she failed a checkout test.
According to TMZ, Kelly’s lawsuit states that she was not returned any of the $18,700 security money she put down to live in the home formerly occupied by Lindsay Lohan, Adam Lambert and Brody Jenner.
The documents claim that when she moved out, the landlord never actually went over the unit with her to discuss the so-called damages.
However the Fashion Police presenter later got an email which surprisingly detailed Kelly would lose out on the entire amount she invested because of various reasons.
The owner is believed to be insisting Kelly is at fault for the mammoth cleaning bill plus several tarnished parts of the pad.
California law states that if the landlord is wrong in holding back money from a client, the prosecutor can gain as much as twice the amount back.
Kelly is also said to be seeking further funds for the inconvenience of the lawsuit.
The British TV personality has been enjoying London Fashion Week and quickly got into the spirit of a famous friend’s birthday bash this week.
She tested her vocal talents by belting out Bonnie Tyler's Total Eclipse of the Heart at karaoke and was joined that night by One Direction’s Harry Styles.
The daughter of rocker Ozzy Osbourne earlier had dinner with birthday girl Pixie Geldof, model Daisy Lowe and DJ Nick Grimshaw.
