Lady Gaga has reportedly signed a £1.5 million deal to perform at a billionaire’s star-studded bash.

The Applause hitmaker will play a 90-minute set during a New Year’s Eve party hosted by Chelsea Football Club owner Roman Abramovich, according to British newspaper The Sun.

The swanky affair will reportedly take place on one of the 46-year-old’s yachts, with Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs, Beyoncé Knowles and husband Jay-Z expected to be among the 300 guests in attendance.

The fete is said to be a gift for Roman’s partner, Daria ‘Dasha’ Zhukova, who is supposedly a big fan of the outlandish singer.

“Gaga is one of Dasha’s favourite performers so it was a big deal to land her. He paid a million over her usual asking price to compensate for the unsocial hours,” a source said.

According to The Sun, Kings of Leon and Prince have both played at Roman’s New Year’s Eve parties in the past.

Gaga, known for her outrageous stage antics and flamboyant dress sense, recently hinted she’s toning down her act.

The 27-year-old singer, real name Stefani Germanotta, confessed she’s bored of being criticised for her behaviour and has worked hard to get where she is.

"Everyone is so cynical - that I can't purely love my fans, or share an honest story about my past, without someone asking me if I really, truly struggled," she fumed to the American edition of Elle magazine. "Do you know how much dirt I ate? Do you know the men I had to crawl through, the people that disrespected my body, my mind, my heart?"

The singer insisted she doesn’t want any sympathy and scoffed at the notion the pressure of fame affects her.

"What are you talking about pressure? I'm great under pressure,” she said. “I'm warrior. I'm Rocky, round 12.”
