Selena Gomez hid under a table for two minutes after meeting Brad Pitt.
The actress-and-singer performed her new track Come & Get It at the MTV Movie Awards on Sunday. Her stage show went down a storm with the audience and afterwards Brad asked to meet her, much to her amazement.
"I was so nervous. Like that stresses me out, but it was fine. I actually had fun and I got to meet Brad Pitt, so..." she laughed to talk show host Ellen DeGeneres.
"Yeah, so I was in my dressing room and I had just finished performing. They knocked on my door and they said, 'Brad Pitt would like to come in,' and I was like, 'He can come in.' I was trying to play cool and be really nice. As soon as he walked out I ran and I hide under the craft service table for like two minutes because I couldn't believe it was happening."
The actor told Selena the six children he raises with Angelina Jolie all love her Disney show Wizards of Waverly Place. Due to that, he wanted his picture taken with the star. She was only too happy to oblige, but now can't believe she didn't get a photograph of him too.
"It was a lot happening," she explained. "He's so pretty..."
Ellen also quizzed Selena on her breakup with teen heartthrob Justin Bieber. The pair haven't been together for several months and Selena is happy to be moving on.
She assured the talk show host she is doing well and spoke about what she looks for in a man.
"I met Brad Pitt. I'm great," she laughed.
"[I want] someone that can make me laugh. Great to my parents. I feel like I'm doing my eHarmony profile!"
