Marijuana was found on one of Rihanna's tour buses Wednesday.

Ten vehicles as part of the singer's Diamonds World Tour entourage attempted to cross America's border with Canada at Ambassador Bridge, which separates Windsor, Canada from Detroit, Michigan.

TMZ reports authorities thoroughly checked all the buses with narcotics sniffing dogs after an inspector smelled cannabis on one.

The hounds ran over to one passenger in particular during the bus-to-bus search and the man was found to be in possession of marijuana.

According to the website he had a 'small amount' on him and was 'cited a civil penalty' before the crew's journey commenced again.

Rihanna was not present on any tour bus at the time.

The star's international tour with 75 dates in four continents began in Buffalo, New York March 8.

Rihanna cancelled two shows in Boston and Baltimore last week due to laryngitis.

Her last performance is scheduled for October 7 and will take place in Auckland, New Zealand.
