Mark Brzezicki quits From The Jam on eve of Australian tour

The forthcoming Australian tour for From The Jam has been cancelled following the sudden departure of Mark Brzezicki from the band.

From The Jam, featuring Bruce Foxton of The Jam, was due to start the Australian tour next week in Perth.

A statement from Foxton and singer Russell 'Bruce and Russell announce that due to Big Country commitments, Mark can no longer continue with From the Jam. They want to thank Mark for his playing and friendship. We wish Mark all the best for the future and Big Country.'

All tickets will be refunded from ticket outsets.

Dates affected are:

THE CAPITOL PERTH ' THUR 31 JAN w/ Custom Royal
HI FI BRISANE ' FRI 1 FEB w/T/ he Sunburys
HI FI MELBOURNE ' SAT 2 FEB w/ Little Murders
HI FI SYDNEY ' SUN 3 FEB w/ The Sets
