James Arthur has been cut to scoop the Christmas number one spot by William Hill from an original 11/2 on Sunday morning into 2/1 with the Justice Collective out from 1/7 to 4/11 after it emerged that the X-Factor winner had forged ahead in the biggest chart battle of the year.
'We thought that the Justice Collective would have a considerable lead at this stage in proceedings, but it would seem that James Arthur really does have the X-Factor,' said William Hill spokesman Joe Crilly. '
