Rihanna has hinted at “big news” on her official Twitter page.
The 24-year-old star is known for her cryptic posts and photographs on the social networking site, with some thought to be secret messages to on-off boyfriend Chris Brown.
Today the Diamonds singer baffled fans with another nudge towards a development in her life.
“Big news coming tomorrow!” she shared with her millions of followers.
Response from the singer’s admirers included speculation about musical ventures and a possible marriage to Chris.
“@rihanna We getting married finally babe? Let the world know ;* (sic),” one responded.
“NEW ALBUM? :D RT @rihanna Big news coming tomorrow! (sic)” another asked.
The Barbadian star released her seventh album Unapologetic last month, so news of a further single from her latest musical offering could be awaiting fans.
The exciting gossip could also concern her Diamonds World Tour, after she added a further two UK dates.
As suggested by a fan, the Twitter announcement could be about Rihanna’s private life, rather than her career.
Recently the gorgeous star caused a stir when she was spotted out with ex-boyfriend Chris on several occasions.
The couple split after the singer assaulted Rihanna in 2009, leaving her with a badly bruised face.
However, they seem to have patched things up, with Rihanna using Twitter to post pictures of herself with Chris.
It has even been suggested Rihanna is keen to put her musical career on hold in order to start a family with the controversial 23-year-old.
“She asked her record company when the best time would be for her to take off, as she wants a baby,” an insider divulged to British magazine Closer.
“They just stared at her. Everyone was pretty open-mouthed. But she hasn’t got any time free in her diary until 2014.”
