Boy band Blue took to the stage dressed in iconic red jackets to perform a unique collaboration with cast members from the West End show JERSEY BOYS for BBC Children in Need POP Goes the Musical.

Following the curtain call, boy band Blue took to the stage and gave the lucky audience members including excited fans a night to remember by belting out a stunning rendition of ‘Who Loves You’

Blue said: “That was so good! We are all so excited to be part of BBC Children In Need this year. It's an amazing cause and helps so many people. We love JERSEY BOYS1 and were honoured to be part of the show.”

BBC Children in Need POP Goes the Musical 2012 is working with the best of West End Theatre and a star-studded line up. This unique charity project is giving renowned celebrities from the music sphere the chance to perform a hit song with a top show on select dates throughout September, October and November to help raise vital funds for disadvantaged children and young people here in the UK.

The show-stopping celebrities involved in these series of unique curtain calls are the spicy Geri Halliwell will be ‘Singin’ in the Rain’ and soul sensation Macy Gray will be performing in Thriller Live alongside girl group of the moment Stooshe.

Bookings can be made immediately for the following dates:

25th October 2012 – Singin’ in the Rain – ‘popping up’ is Geri Halliwell
15th November 2012 – Thriller Live – ‘popping up’ is Macy Gray and Stooshe

Tickets are available exclusively at www.lastminute.com/pudsey and cost £80. Each ticket includes: Top Price seat, signed programme, a Pudsey bear, complementary drink plus access to a VIP after show reception hosted by Pudsey with the chance of an appearance from the star(s) of the show. Buying a ticket is a fun way to support the charity as 50% of the price of each ticket will go to the children and young people supported by BBC Children in Need.
