The RIAA has released their list of gold and platinum awards given out during August and September.

Veteran artists receiving certifications were the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Sixx:AM and Hank Williams, Jr.

Multi-Platinum Singles (2,000,000 units sold)
-By the Way - Red Hot Chili Peppers

Gold Singles (500,000 units sold)
-Life is Beautiful - Sixx:AM
-A Country Boy Can Survive - Hank Williams, Jr.

Gold Album (500,000 units sold)
-I'm With You - Red Hot Chili Peppers
