Ben Harper puts together ballad compilation

Soul man Ben Harper has assembled his favourite ballads (and a new song) for ‘By My Side’.

Harper is on the way to Australia in November to perform long acoustic shows and he unsurprisingly been announced for the first group of artists at Bluesfest alongside Santana, Wilco, Bonnie Raitt, Chris Isaak and Iggy & The Stooges.

Before he delivers his tunes in the acoustic setting, he’s releasing a career-spanning collection of his most beloved ballads, which includes a previously-unreleased studio version of ‘Not Fire Not Ice’ and a brand new song ‘Crazy Amazing’, which is exclusive to this release.
