Katy Perry is glad she didn''t include her "dirty laundry" in her big screen movie.

The international superstar released Katy Perry: Part Of Me earlier this year, which documents life on the road during her California Dreams Tour.

Katy''s personal life is also shown in detail throughout the film - including her marriage breakdown from Russell Brand.

Katy didn''t feel there was any footage that was too personal to share with audiences.

"Erm, no. I put all the best stuff in here, most definitely. And I think I was personal in the right way. Not in like, here''s my dirty laundry take a sniff," she laughed in an interview with the UK edition of OK! magazine.

"It''s the right amount of fun and funny."

Katy''s movie was her first venture into acting. The star loved her turn on the big screen but admits that she needs to brush up on her skills before competing with Hollywood''s finest.

"Yeah, I can''t make the mistake to think that I would actually be good at everything, so I''d probably have to work at it - dang it!" she joked.
