King Tuts announce Summer Nights Festival and Guest DJ

DF Concerts launch King Tut's Summer Nights, a festival celebrating the best new music from around Scotland, and taking place from 12th -26th July at King Tuts Wah Wah Hut in Glasgow.

Adopting a bright (and completely supported by Music-News.com!) twist to their festival, King Tuts Summer Nights will invite online bloggers and music review writers to guest DJ and pick the songs as a warm up to the show. The concept is set to bridge the gap between bloggers and bands, and shove the theory out the window that we are laptop-obsessed monsters who do nothing but moan about the current state of bands these days; a false accusation, right Marco?

I will be guest DJ on July 14th July, alongside Minor Delilah, Seed, The NK Jays and John Wean. The night has already sold out, but please join me as I pick my favourite songs from my favourite bands, alongside some suggestions from the rest of the Music-News.com team. The line-up for the whole fortnight is below, including the names of the guest DJ. King Tuts Summer Nights is the perfect way to enjoy to a massive variety of music this summer, without getting too dirty in a field.
