Kenny Chesney 'Welcome To The Fishbowl' will debut at no. 2 with sales almost half of Bieber's.
Other debuts in the Top 10 this week for America will include Fiona Apple's 'Idler Wheel' and Smashing Pumpkins 'Oceania'.
Down further albums by Dirty Heads, Drake and Curren$y are also looking forward to Top 50 debuts.
