Cannon and Carey discuss 'Stern bromance'

Mariah Carey is unsure whether she 'approves' of her husband Nick Cannon's tight relationship with Howard Stern.

Infamous shock jock radio host Howard has replaced Piers Morgan as a judge on media mogul Simon Cowell's TV talent show America's Got Talent, which Nick hosts.

Nick and Howard have developed a pretty tight bond thus far.

'He sent us gifts. I was like me and Howard are having a bromance right now,' Nick laughed to Extra in a joint interview with his wife.

Mariah doesn't know how she feels about their blossoming friendship.

'I don''t know if I approve of that,' she joked. 'I don''t really like that terminology; it''s not my favourite.'

The couple, who share one-year-old twins Moroccan and Monroe together, are elated for the premiere of America's Got Talent Monday night.

'America''s Got Talent is going to get us a house in the Hamptons, so we can be out there all summer long. with a fabulous pool and I want it on the ocean!' Mariah gushed.

Unfortunately for fans, Mariah won't be hosting a massive tour anytime soon.

'Darling, I've got to finish my album!' she said. 'I'm doing a few shows!'
