Chris Brown has allegedly been accused of antisocial behaviour including dog racing by his neighbours.

The 22-year-old R&B star resides in swanky West Hollywood, although according to website TMZ relations between the singer and his fellow condo inhabitants are strained.

The publication has obtained images of what appear to be Chris’ flashy fast cars parked in spaces reserved for disabled residents, and has heard of other antics which have angered his neighbours.

“Chris' fellow condo-owners tell TMZ... the dude is utterly disrespectful, blasting loud music and partying day and night...even racing dogs down the hallways at all hours,” reports the website.

With regards to the car parking saga, a building manager has claimed there are plans to tow Chris’ vehicles if he uses a disabled space again.

However, the star’s lawyer Mark Geragos argues it is Chris, who has only been living in the building a few months, who has been treated unfairly. He told the website the deeds state two spaces belong to Chris, and that he was never told they were reserved for disabled drivers. Chris is reportedly in litigation over the parking issue, and apparently also plans to dispute numerous tickets he has received.

There have also been claims that police were investigating vandalism in the building this week. Apparently someone had carved the initials C.B. in the elevator door.
