Richie Sambora`s hometown of Woodbridge, New Jersey has honoured the Bon Jovi by naming a street after him.

Next time you are in Woodbridge, check out Richie Sambora Way.

Sambora was in Woodbridge this week with his mother Joan for the official unveiling of the street sign.

He also went back to his old school, Woodbridge High, to meet students. Sambora funded the new weight room at the school as a tribute to his father Adam who passed away from cancer two years ago.

Richie Sambora Way is the street leading into the school.
