For the next edition of the Neil Young archive series, Neil will release a live recording of a show recorded just days after he turned 23.

‘Sugar Mountain’ was captured on November 9 and 10, 1968.

The shows featured unreleased songs at the time that would eventually find their way onto Neil’s solo albums in the 70s.

Young was fresh out of Buffalo Springfield when he played this concert. He had left that band only 6 months earlier.

These shows were recorded on a TEAC 2 track tape recorder and were held in storage for the last 40 years.

‘Sugar Mountain Live At Canterbury House 1968’ will be released on November 25.
