Chipmunk, The King Blues, Erik Hassle, Alex Gardener and Ellie Goulding have been added to the stellar line-up for this year's acclaimed Mencap's Little Noise Sessions which take place at Islington's Union Chapel.
They join a host of the hottest stars in music who are set to descend on Union Chapel including Editors, Mika, Lostprophets, Taio Cruz, Tinchy Stryder and Florence + The Machine. These special gigs are hosted and curated by Mencap ambassador Jo Whiley with all proceeds going to learning disability charity, Mencap.
Also set to perform in the stunning surroundings of the Union Chapel are The Maccabees, Bombay Bicycle Club, Everything Everything, Paloma Faith, The Blackout and Golden Silvers with a raft of performers and special guests still to be announced. To be in with a chance of seeing these truly amazing gigs register before 13th October at www.littlenoisesessions.org.uk
Now in their 4th year, Mencap's Little Noise Sessions take world-class bands out of their comfort zone to present a rawer, purer sound meaning the crowd get to witness something very special each night.
Smouldering new talent Alex Gardener will open for Mika on 18th November, acoustic ska band The King Blues start the show for Lostprophets on 20th November and Welsh synth-pop starlet Ellie Goulding will get things going on 22nd November, followed by Swedish pop/funk/electro wunderkind Erik Hassle ahead of headliner Florence + The Machine.
