The King and Queens of British music headline a special two-day event this summer, in a setting built for royalty.

Known as Queen Victoria’s palace by the sea and described by her as “…impossible to find a prettier spot”, Osborne House will play host to a two night music spectacular, that sees arguably the most influential musician in modern music, Paul Weller, and pop princesses Girls Aloud headline this special event on the 26th and 27th July respectively.

This stunning 19th century English Heritage location is set in 1000 acres of lush greenery. Osborne House, situated on the north east of the Isle Of Wight, is one of the most popular tourist attractions on the island and English Heritage are delighted to be hosts.

This two night event is a fantastic addition to an island that is already rich in musical culture. The Isle Of Wight plays host to two of the biggest festivals on the music calendar and is fast becoming as well known for its music as it is for natural beauty. John Giddings, organiser of Osborne House and the Isle Of Wight Festival, is thrilled to have teamed up with the English Heritage to put on this unique weekend.
