Fresh from the release of their sophomore album 'Donkey’ earlier this July, which showcased a tighter, more ambitious sound, as well as a raft of fresh influences forged together in archetypal CSS fashion, the band offer up a golden nugget of expertly-crafted electro-pop with new single 'Move’, out this September.

Set in amongst the (lyrically at least) darker moments found across the rest of new album 'Donkey’ – a record of depth and maturity that maps the extreme highs and lows of the band’s last 18 months – 'Move’ is perhaps CSS’s most out-and-out, ambitiously 'pop’ single to date. It summons the euphoric spirit that has, over the years, become the band’s hallmark, to create a modern electronic disco anthem.

Expertly reworked by both Modular-signed new wavers Cut Copy and bedroom-based pop auteur and all round remix genius Frankmusik for the single’s equally anthemic b-sides, 'Move’ is well on its way to emerging as a clubland smash this summer.

Following the baptism of fire that was the band’s first 2 years together spent out on the road chaotically circumnavigating the globe, they returned earlier this Summer with a fresher, more harnessed sound. More structured, crafted and polished than its predecessor, though no less tough, street-ready, and from the heart, their new album 'Donkey’ recreates the frenetic energy of CSS’s renowned live shows. Equal parts dance party, urban circus, and out-and-out chaos, the band’s unaffected, unbridled joy in performance is for real and for you.
