A poll of users to the Web site Rock.com shows Billie Joe Armstrong of Green Day is the top pick for the musician who would best run the country.

Bono was second, followed by Marilyn Manson, Ozzy Osbourne, Ted Nugent and Pete Wentz of Fall Out Boy.

Rounding out the top ten: Gerard Way of My Chemical Romance, Axl Rose, Bruce Springsteen and Gene Simmons.
